New PC
Building my new PC!
For a very long time I have been using my ThinkpadP70 as my daily driver laptop which thanks to the excellent docking station has been running well for 6 years
and driving 3 monitors. However, it was getting very old, tired and would crash the second I tried to play any game. I’ve been working in Tech for a while but never
built a PC so finally decided to take the plunge and make one myself!
A few thoughts about my choices:
- I wanted to finally move away from Windows and use Linux as my daily driver
- Water Cooled with BQuite fans for a low noise setup
- AMD everything - for better open-source Linux compatability
- Mini ITX case - small and compact
